Email transfer to projects

We are unable to add comment/map documents to this task.

WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
The possible reasons are :

1. Email ID not confirmed. To confirm use the link http://zohosso.wiki.zoho.com/#resendconfirmation
2. You do not have permission to add comment/ map documents to this task.
3. Task could have been deleted.
4. Task mail address could have been reset.


Please assist in helping me to have my emails be added to my zoho tasks.
