We are facing an email delivery issue in our ZeptoMail account where emails are failing with the status “Process failed” and the reason “Relaying issues – Mail sending blocked.”

Observations

- Multiple emails attempted from the same sender are consistently failing.
- No recent configuration changes were made before the issue started.
- The issue is reproducible across different recipient addresses.
