Error importing YNithya Tax Utility Spreadsheet

Zoho Team,

I was trying to import http://ynithya.com/taxcalc/TaxCalc_2011.xlsx (Our this years Tax Calculator) but Zoho is refusing to import it with an error message.

Can you help import the same? I think I would suggest you make it a Zoho template since many Indians can use this for Tax Planning purposes.
