Error occurred

I have been using a saved worksheet ("MerrillLynch") for several weeks with no problems. Since last week, when I try to open it, I get the following error message:
"Error occurred"
"Problem while Opening the Document"
I REALLY need to get to this worksheet or save/download it to Excel... HELP!
