Errors and server errors when opening or sharing sheets

I am getting tons of errors - both in IE 6.0 and FF 2.0.0.10

all other web apps seem to be fine.

For example, when I try to share a sheet, it comes back with an empty box, that just has "Error" in it. It has the zoho headers.

I get this when trying to open a sheet as well.

The Document process looks fine - no errors

I also sometimes get a windows box with a 'server error, reopen sheet' message

The only thing potentiall different aby my environment is I have two load balanced IP addresses - one for DSL, one for Cable. this sometimes causes errors with web apps.

Pls advise...
