Excel compatibility

I would love to be able to promote ZOHO spreadsheet to my organization, but until it works 100% of the time to display the contents of existing spreadsheets, I can't. This is better than Google Spreadsheets, but still not functional enough in displaying 100% of the content existing in an Excel source spreadsheet. This may be a tall order, but it was only after Microsoft achieved 100% read / display / emulate functionality with Lotus 1-2-3 did Excel begin to become dominant. It was so well done in fact that Excel was BETTER at opening / viewing old versions of Lotus 1-2-3 than newer versions of 1-2-3 were!

I'll attach the spreadsheet that is not working for me, just so you can see and better understand my frustrations.
