Exporting Email addresses

Hi I've done a trial "Mass Email Candidates" to some friends before I send out an actual Mass email to people, just to make sure it would work properly. There was no issues sending the email, but everyone received the email in their Junk Mail. I would like to export all of the candidates' email addresses either into my email directly (if possible) or into an Excel Sheet and then I will copy the address off the Excel sheet and paste into an Email. Is it possible to do either one of these things? Thanks Tim
