Feed says 'Successfully uploaded file'. But when I click on it it does not reach the file

Feed says 'Successfully uploaded file'. But when I click on it it does not reach the file

I just uploaded a file to my Zoho docs. No sooner did I upload it than I got a feed notification about the successful upload of the file. But the downside is that when I click on the file it does not reach the appropriate folder but just halts at docs.zoho.com dashboard.

Can we have this gap filled please?
