Filtering on header content

Filtering on header content

I get a lot of spoofed emails which are usually filtered out but some slip through. At the moment I'm getting a load from this ip

Received: from [221.162.176.78] (helo=akita-pu.ac.jp)

which I'd like to filter out.

Is there a way to filter on specific content in the email header?
