First time error "unable to open xls file"

First time error "unable to open xls file"

Hi. How are you? We have a Standard Zoho account. We upload and use hundreds of excels. We are trying to open a new excel we uploaded and we are getting "unable to open xls file"

We can download the document and work on it and upload the document. But we can not open the document in zoho. 

It is a 14.5 MB excel Document. Thanks
