FNB South Africa Bank Feed

I should've thought this wouldn't work. As suspect, Zoho claims to be able to pull bank feeds from First National Bank (South Africa), but fails everytime. I suppose Xero (or even Sage One) is the way to go?

If they (miraculously) get it to work again, what are the chances it's going remain stable (and working) before it fails again? We can migrate our accounting system to a platform that only works when it 'feels like it' - is there any indication on stability of the bank feeds? Or is it going to be an endless struggle of support tickets back and forth, every couple of weeks?
