I have a small document with a few footnotes. They work fine in editing mode and in Page View. However, when I try to print from Page View mode, the resulting PDF (which strangely is not the same as what Page View actually shows me) is screwy. Some of the footnotes show up on the wrong page and printed over top of the regular text instead of under it.
