Form and CRM Email Template url processing and/or prefill broke

Hi All,

I have an open ticket with Zoho support on this, but it's so urgent I hope I can get help here, too.

Today something in the Form data collection url processing broke and there were zero changes made by yours truly that touched any part of the 'systems' relevant to this.

This is the url that embeds in a CRM email template. It's been working for a couple of years.

https://zfrmz.com/blahblah/?account_name=${Deals.Account Name}&deal_id=${Deals.Deal Id}&contact=${Contacts.First Name} ${Contacts.Last Name}

That should be stuffing data into the form for processing by a Zoho Flow when the form Submits.

This is NOT a problem with Forms / CRM integration because I have a FLOW that programmatically does what I need it to do on Form Submit. I am not using the built-in integration mechanism between Forms and CRM.

The data collects when the email is sent and passes to the form...it stopped working today.  

If I manually enter the base form (https://zfrmz.com/blahblah/) in the browser, the form presents correctly and stores the data correctly in FORMS, but that's insufficient because it's missing the pre-filled information.

Using the prefilled url manually entered in the browser with data that would be correct (such as this example)


throws this error:

This zfrmz.com page can’t be found

I reiterate - none of the relevant parts of this have been touched for at least a year. Something seems to have broken on the inside.
