I spent hours and hours last year creating a full template in word and uploading to Zoho, with a few initial problems that were solved through a few calls back and forward to Zoho all was working. 

The format worked perfectly for over a year, suddenly the template that I uploaded to Zoho is no longer there and there is no option to upload a template as there previously was. Essentially in advanced settings in the resume format, it just comes up with a text box for you to design your own template. This wont do for what i want to achieve. Also i dont have the time to spend another 2 days designing one, with limited tools in the available text box. 

Can anyone help, has the functionality been removed to upload your own word template? just a bit frustrating.....
