Love your work! You guys (and gals) truly rock. However, the attached document, when uploaded and then downloaded again strips all format. Grrrr. To recreate:

1. Upload to a zoho account.
2. Export as docx.
3. Open

My test login details are zoho_legal_edge , vansrv7a if you'd like to see it actually in action.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
