Greetings,
We would like to request an important enhancement to the chat widget customization options in Zoho SalesIQ.
At the moment, only some of the text shown in the chat widget is editable or translatable via the Zoho SalesIQ settings interface (under Brands > Personalization). However, for many other parts of the chat UI, we are forced to:
Use custom CSS or JavaScript workarounds to override default text.
Manually target DOM elements, which is complex and fragile.
Repeat this process for every brand
This makes localization and branding customization both time-consuming and error-prone.
Please add the ability to translate and customize all visible text in the SalesIQ chat widget—directly from the Zoho SalesIQ interface
This enhancement would eliminate the need for unreliable and non-scalable CSS/JS overrides.
We believe this change would significantly improve usability and accessibility for teams working in multiple languages or with strict brand guidelines.
