Guided Conversations - Ticket Creation

Hi there, 

Using Guided Conversations to Take Customer Data and apply it into a Support Ticket for internal use,

Is there a way to take multiple Textual Variables Inputs (A series of questions), and have the answers all appear in the Description of the Ticket,
I can only see that only one textual input can be used to fill the Description section of a ticket, (in the Input Mapping)
I have explored Global Variables and Session Variables, but I must be missing something,
Is there a better solution rather then, having all the questions listed and answered inside a single Textual Variable?

Any Advice would be appreciated!
