Help pages anywhere?

I was trying to find out how to freeze spreadsheet rows when I realised that there are no Help pages! Is this true? If not, why not and if there are, where are they?

I found out about the lack of a freeze facility -you don't have one. And so common... My 1986 (yes!) Commodore 64 had one. When will it come?
