Horrible quality

I was a huge fan of zoho, converted to it from Google docs, but for last weeks quality of zoho sheets rendered it mostly useless and, even worse, incredible irritating to use---no more than 3 updates of sheets and it has to be hard refreshed, row insertion screws all your data---for a first time I had to revert to the previous version as undo failed to revert all the damage caused by innocent insertion of the column.

How much I treasure to be able to access all my data online, I have no option but to switch to off line and start investigating other services.

Ironically, feedback submit form doesn't work either and it took three refreshes to reach new topic form (I don't dare to say to submit).

I'm SWE myself working for another famous WebApp and do understand how difficult it is to maintain the necessary quality. But last weeks (not week) was incredible horrible.
