Sorry, hate all caps, but we're now 2 weeks into a trouble ticket with ZERO progress, explanation, and the technician assigned to it seems to have evaporated from the face of the earth.
The problem is that both the "Transaction Modules" sync and the "Vendors" sync have been stuck for weeks with the message: "This would take a while. Until then, You may continue using Zoho Books." No button to cancel sync, no button to restart, nothing.
We have gone live on ZOHO (CRM, Books, Project, etc.) but now are having to develop workarounds because our data is not and will not sync. How can I get in touch with someone at ZOHO who will actually make this a priority and get it sorted?
