Good Morning everyone!

I am very new to zoho analytics. I'm trying to create some pivot tables and when I add the Account or Division name it comes up as a reference number. From my research, I need to use a lookup. I'm having a really hard time understanding how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. A video would be perfect. I couldn't find one on youtube that explained it very well.
