How do you change the height of a row in a table?

How do you change the height of a row in a table?

I'm new to Show so forgive me if this seems a dumb question.

I'm adding a table to a slide. I want to set the rows to be a specific, fixed height in cm. I just can't find an option to do this.

Can somebody point me in the right direction please?
