Hi all, I need help setting up several behaviors in Zoho Commerce. I can’t find the correct configuration options, so I want to confirm whether these are supported or if there is a workaround.
When a customer selects a certain item (e.g., GWB Subscription), I want an add-on to appear automatically, such as a GWB Setup Fee.
In some cases, this setup fee should be Free of Charge (FOC) when purchased with specific items.
Is there a way to create conditional add-ons or auto-attached add-ons in Zoho Commerce?
I created a form in Zoho Commerce, but I cannot find how to attach it to a specific product and make it mandatory before add-to-cart.
Example: GWB Subscription requires the customer to fill in an email and other details.
How do I link a form to a single product and force it to be completed before checkout?
When a new customer signs up and fills address fields (address, city, zip code, country), the data does not automatically save under their “My Address” profile.
Is there a way to ensure that the address entered during sign-up becomes the customer’s default saved address?
