My acct. is set to auto-renew tomorrow. When I try to cancel my acct, it comes up with "
Please downgrade your subscriptions from the below services before closing your account."
and links me to my Zoho sites. From there, I see no way to "downgrade". Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
