Hi There,

I am trying to create a workflow in Zoho CRM that allows us to do the following:

1) Go to contact and click "enroll in cadence"

2) 15 days later email 1 sends to Contact & updates enroll in cadence filed to email 1 sent

3) 15 days later, if property is still email 1 sent, send email 2 to Contact and update enroll in cadence field to email 2 sent

4) 15 days later, if property is still email 2 sent, send email 3 to Contact and update enroll in cadence field to email cadence complete

We are unable to get this to work as step 3 in the workflow just won't trigger, it just never occurs. Any advice on whether this is possible?
