How to Get An Image's URL once it's uploaded to library?

I manage to find URLs to the images I uploaded to my library, but after a day, it seems the links stop working like its only temporary.

Where can I find the ACTUAL solid URL for my images that I upload to my Library so I can use them for my custom template / HTML coded template?
