How to link to a document stored under documents.

How to link to a document stored under documents.

I have a spreadsheet and need to be able to use a hyperlink or other method to link to a pdf document I have saved. I don't need to download the pdf just want to be able to click on the link and display it.

Is this even possible at this time.
