Some of the candidates in my resume database are not looking for a job change in the next 6 months. How can I mark such candidates as "inactive" so that they dont come up in my search of prospective candidates. I would like to mark them as "inactive" with a target date when they might become again active. 

This need to be global setting at candidate level; not one associated with any particular job. Is there a way to achive this either directly or indirectly?
