How to Send Automatic Warning Email After 3 Late Arrivals in Zoho People?

I’m looking to set up an automation in Zoho People where a warning message is automatically sent to employees who have 3 or more late arrivals within a specific time period (like the past 30 days).

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

  • Monitor employee check-in times from the Attendance module.

  • Consider any check-in after 9:15 AM as a late arrival.

  • When an employee accumulates 3 late entries, they should receive an automated warning email.

  • This process should run daily and only send the warning when the late count threshold is crossed.

Can this be implemented using workflows or custom functions? I’d appreciate any guidance or example code if someone has done something similar.
