Hyperlinks

Is there a way that we can create hyperlinks in cells or even have the cells recognize when a link is typed in, so it is clickable. I have attempted to embed a sheet in my website. The sheet contains a bunch of links, but visitors on my visitors can not click on the link. They will have to copy the link. :(
