I cannot send the document to another zoho ID. i open my document, and share a document. a window tells me to enter a zoho ID. i entered. and  i was told that the document sent successfully. But the receiver tells me that he does not get the link of that doc.

 

pls help me to sent my document link to my friend. Only the link to read only.
