I am trying to export my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, using as a host zoho.com

On the instructions of wordpress.org (in order to implement wordpress and move my site), says " If your hosting provider supplies the  cPanel  hosting control panel" which is t create a Wordpress username and a database into the host. I have been looking for hours where is the control panel of Zoho and can't find it.
