We've been using Zoho docs for a while now with out any issues at all. But lately we've received some reports from one of our customers were this (see attached image below) error message are being displayed. They're using Windows 7 with Internet explorer 11.

Are there any known issues with this setup? Or might there be an issue with detecting current user agent (web browser)?
