Important: WorkDrive TrueSync/Sync app support for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and Mac 10.14, 10.15, 11 will soon be discontinued

We would like to inform you about some upcoming changes regarding the compatibility of the WorkDrive TrueSync/Sync app with certain operating systems.
  • For Windows users: Support for the WorkDrive TrueSync/Sync app on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 will soon be discontinued.
  • For Mac users: Support for the WorkDrive TrueSync/Sync app on Mac versions 10.14, 10.15, and 11 will soon be discontinued.
Notes
Supported OS versions:

For Windows:
      X64-based devices: Windows 10 and above
      ARM-based devices: Windows 11 and above

For Mac: macOS 12 (Monterey OS) and above

Server OS: Windows Server 2019 and above

What will happen to your files after this?
  • The files that you have already synced can be accessed using WorkDrive TrueSync/Sync app.
  • After the 2nd Quarter of 2024, you'll not be able to sync or access files if you continue using the above mentioned OS versions.

To ensure seamless and uninterrupted access to the WorkDrive desktop sync apps, we kindly request all users consider upgrading their operating systems. Upgrading to a more recent OS version will allow you to continue enjoying all the benefits of WorkDrive.
