inserting and pagination

Hi,

I inserted some text from another document in Zoho. After doing this it has counted all pages after those insertions as the same page. When I get a print preview it seems all right but it is really, really annoying. So much so that I want to copy everything to some other program. This is really an error. How do I fix it.
