Invitee can't get to sheet

Yesterday I invited a colleague to edit my spreadsheet. Her invitation email said:

"The Spreadsheet is available under your "Shared Sheets" list in
your Zoho Sheet Account.
Visit

'http://sheet.zoho.com/open.do?docid=52332000000004001 to
access this document."

She registered at Zoho and then clicked the link in the invitation email. When she logged in she got the following error message:

Error occurred
Problem while Opening the Document

When she logged in without specifying a sheet (I.e. just going to zoho.com and logging in to Zoho sheet) her Zoho sheet account shows no shared sheets.

So something is not connecting up between her registration and this supposedly shared sheet. How can we fix thta so that she can share the sheet?
