Is it possible to add buttons on email replies to internal team members?

I am currently trying to set up some workflow rules to trigger when a ticket is created. I have noticed there is a button that can be added to email templates when sending email alerts from workflow rules, for example ${Cases.SUPPORT_PORTAL_BUTTON}.
However, when using email replies, seems like that name does not work (probably because the name of the placeholders is different for email alerts and for email replies) so my question is... is there a list of buttons I can add to email replies? I've noticed that for email replies, the placeholders are more of type: {DeskPlaceholders.fieldname}
So can I do that? And can I find the list of button names I can add somewhere? I need to send this reply to internal team members so that is why I need to do this
