I recently created a custom module in our CRM environment for RFQs so that our sales team can submit quote requests directly in Zoho rather than by email/phone. This allows for a cleaner overall process, minimizing potential errors and potentially encouraging user adoption.

For this module to make sense and not be redundant, I need to find a way to easily convert RFQs to quotes for our customer service team. I want to be able to create/convert an RFQ from the record page, while also auto-filling certain fields from the RFQ into the quote.

I've tried Kiosks, functions, invoking a url, etc. but keep running into some sort of hurdle or limitation.

Could anyone give any insight into if this is even possible and what they best way to go about it is? Thanks!
