Is it possible to make Functions to take in Map or List as parameters in CRM?

Is it possible to make Functions to take in Map or List as parameters in CRM?

I'd like to to create some standalone custom functions to allow me to manipulate data. I'd like to take in List or Map variables as parameters. I want to use REST API to send some List or Map variables to those functions. Currently in the Function editor, I don't see the options available in the drop-down picklist. Thank you!
