my trial of zoho completed.
now i am in confusion that is it good to go with zoho books for a running accountings?
i am asking this due to some restrictions / lack of standard features in ZB.
some features which is necessary in india which lacks in zoho are -
- No space for customer TIN number ( This problem is solved,it has workaround in zoho books ).
- No standard TAX reports.
- No support of corporate current accounts ( I have central bank of India's corporate current account, and its not supported by zoho )
- Delivery challan making process in zoho is such that hardly make sense for most of manufacturers / traders in India. ( Delivery challan generally made before invoice, bunch of delivery challans will create only one invoice which is not possible in ZB )
- They advertise for chat and phone support, but i can't find it anywhere in at least Indian version.
so, after lack of these features, if we contact support team for this, answer is always "zoho books curruntly does not support these type of features etc etc". (Note :- i am not against support team, as i am very satisfied with their prompt email support.)
now after seeing this, i have a question in my mind that is zoho books ready for GST?
will it generate GST ready reports?
can i file my GST taxes online directly via zoho books?
