is zoho sheet exactly same with excel

is zoho sheet exactly same with excel

I am new user of zoho, it's great. but I want to know if zoho sheet is exactly same with ms excel. as I have some excel spread sheets with lots of function and calculation and VBA code in it. if I just simply upload this file, can it works properly or I must rewrite my excel sheets to make it work on zoho.
