Journey from Syn'ed source not sending emails
Hi. Hi have a HM list that is synced from ZohoCRM based on a CRM view. The sync works perfectly.
When the first batch of 50 people were sync'ed to the list, MH dutifully emailed them the first email in the sequence. However, when an addition 200 people were sych'ed to the list the next day, these folks did NOT get the first email in the journey.
I have investigate and looked at the reporting from several angles, and it seems that anyone sych'ed to the list is not starting the journey... or something like that.
The account is grandmaster at storyweaver doot come and the journey is called
Reactivating Prospects
from the list "Cold Reactivation Customer Journey."
Can you please investigate.
BTW - I recently updated the journey (version2) but this all happened while I was still on version 1 of the journey.
