I have a deals (I call it Opportunities) module in CRM that shows various components of the opp. I'm trying to have a checkbox show up for the end user to be able to toggle it if they want an email to be sent when the change stages (in this example, it's from Tour Scheduled to Tour Completed). 

Despite my best efforts I can't get that to show up on the Kanban view. What information would be helpful to know in order to help me fix this?
