Limited to zipping 5 documents? Are you serious?
So I'm trying to archive all of our documents, and not seeing a way to bulk archive everything. So now I am trying to see if zipping will actually select everything when I "select all" on a given page. And now to add insult to injury I get a message that says I cannot zip more than 5 documents at a time without upgrading my account. Are you kidding me. The comparison matrix shows that zipping is provided for all types of accounts. Secondly, zip is open source and you're attaching a cash register to it? This is MY data and I should be able to easily get to ALL of my data. If you want to charge for more storage then fine. But letting users accumulate lots of data on your servers and then making it very difficult to manage all of it easily is just wrong, and adding a slimy charge to do basic functions is just hostage taking. Come on Zoho, please clean up your act.
