Link external data

I am having difficulty linking external text data that is space delimited. It links into excel just fine. When I link (html) http://www.spk-wc.usace.army.mil/cgi-bin/hr_rep.pl?isb%20Isabella
in Zoho sheet, it does not recognize the source. When I link via csv, it inserts it all on one column. I would love to have space delimited text insert into separate cells. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
