link to Print Preview

Hey guys,

I want to publish my excel files just like the Print Preview shows it. The only thing is that when i use the url, it has a curtime variable that changes everytime i log in. How can i create a permanent link to print preview, or view my excel sheet to be viewed as just tables, i dont want anyone to be able to edit it.
