Links in Zoho sites do not open in New window as specified

Links in Zoho sites do not open in New window as specified

Hi Guys; Html links that I have created and specified to open in a New Window on my site are instead opening in the same window. These links are for reference purposes and as it stands, whenever person click on them, they take the person away from my site and to a third party site.
How can I resolve this issue?
When creating the link, I specified "New Window" and not "Same window" for the relevant ones.
Is the function not working?
