I've lost access to 

2 folders and the associated documents in them, which I created earlier this week in Zoho Docs..  I can still SEE the folders and the document, but whenever I or anyone I shared them with attempts to access them we get the message INTERNAL SERVER ERROR - we can't download them either.  PLEASE HELP!

I've attached a photo of the file and folders that I've got the trouble with.

I have not been able to get any help via the Zoho phoneline or email - nobody is responding.
