Make Private each file withing ZOHO account?

I am new to ZOHO, and everything looks real good. I especially like the "email notification" of a saved sheet.

I was wondering if the user has the ability to save that particular sheet with a password so not everyone can view that particular project - except for the person who was emailed that a saved sheet had been generated.
