Pourquoi et comment ?

Il y a exactement quatre ans, nous avons démarré simplement, avec une seule vision: unifier et simplifier les opérations marketing pour les équipes marketing de tous les secteurs. Chez Zoho, nous proposons des outils dédiés à chaque fonction du marketing. Marketing Plus les réunit dans un espace unifié, permettant aux équipes d’avancer plus rapidement sans changer constamment d’outil ou de contexte.
Notre réflexion est partie d’un constat simple : les marketeurs ne pensent pas en termes d’outils, mais en termes de campagnes. Et pour qu’une campagne réussisse, tous les canaux doivent fonctionner ensemble de manière fluide et cohérente. C’est de cette vision qu’est né Marketing Plus.

Quatre années à tout réunir

Au cours de ces quatre dernières années, Marketing Plus nous a appris une chose essentielle : les préférences de canaux varient selon les marques, mais le succès d’une campagne repose toujours sur une collaboration collective. Un membre de l’équipe gère l’e-mailing, un autre les réseaux sociaux ou les événements, mais une campagne ne fonctionne réellement que lorsque tous les canaux avancent en parfaite synchronisation.
C’est précisément cette synergie que nous avons cherché à construire au fil des années. Ce qui a commencé comme une idée simple s’est progressivement développé. Aujourd’hui, Marketing Plus accompagne les marketeurs à chaque étape:
